Release Notes April 10, 2025
In addition to performance improvements and bug fixes, the following visible updates were made:
Homepage Topline Widget Updates
Now, when you click the title of any widget on your homepage topline dashboard to view the corresponding full-size dashboards, all of your widget's filter settings & dates will be retained on the full-size dashboard and the metrics should match on the detailed view for a more consistent experience.
Member List Updates
Search will now split words when searching Payment Plan and Status Reason in Member List to use a "contains" logic rather than exact match logic. For example, searching for "Paid in Full" will return records containing those 3 words in any order.
We also added new fields and filters for Paid in Full memberships, including:
- Membership PIF: an indicator if the membership is paid in full. We also added a filter to view all members with a PIF membership
- PIF Membership Length (in months): number of months in the PIF membership agreement
- PIF Amount: the total amount paid for the paid-in-full membership
- Last Renewal Date: the date of the last renewal if the member is on a successive PIF membership
Last, for clients using ABC, we are improving our tracking of Personal Training Enrollment and PT Remaining Sessions in Member List. These updates are ahead of improved Personal Training enrollment dashboards. The updates solidify the following definitions:
- Current PT Enrollment Type can be Recurring, Non-Recurring (PIF), or blank, which means not currently enrolled in PT
- For PIF PT enrollments we display PT Remaining Sessions
- For members with a PIF PT package with zero remaining sessions, they will be shown as NOT currently enrolled in PT
NEW! Expiring PIF Memberships dashboard
The new Expiring PIF Memberships dashboard tracks Paid-in-Full memberships and members expiring this month or next month. You can monitor members who are going to expire soon and click to drilldown to Member List to view those members and take desired action toward renewal.
Renewed PIF memberships are defined as an agreement type of Continual Renewal sold in the month. If you're interested in using the dashboard but define your renewed PIF memberships differently, let us know.
Goals > Choose your Metrics
We've introduced the ability to select and deselect which metrics you want to see in your goals tracking dashboards and the Goals Lite dashboard. In the Goals Admin section of Easalytics, you can now deselect metrics. Once saved, only the metrics you selected will show in Goals Lite. NOTE: if you deselect a metric, you will lose any historical goal values on the dashboard.
Previously, we released Profit Center Group Revenue Goals, and in this release we've updated the Goals Lite dashboard to include those metrics tracking columns in the main grid, and the grid updates based on which metrics you have selected in the Admin UI to include.
Other Noteworthy Updates
- New Member Units metric > for clients using Jonas member management, Easalytics has updated the New Member Units metric definition to count all members on any agreement sale in the reporting period.
- Leads dashboard > added the ability to hide clubs open less than 1 year as new clubs may skew metrics for established clubs
- Member Mix dashboard > added average members per agreement to tooltips
- Revenue Compare dashboard> added option to view or segment by PIF Membership and membership Payment Term, and improved the data table functionality
- PT Usage dashboard > added Average Duration with Trainer metric representing the average number of months between the first session and the last session with the trainer, which can be an indicator of a trainer's client retention
- Member Segment Analysis dashboard > added Total Lifetime Value metric representing the sum of all revenue received from a given segment
As always, please share any suggestions for enhancements, new reporting, and new ideas to support@easalytics.com
