Release Notes April 11, 2024

In addition to performance improvements and bug fixes, the following visible updates were made:

Class Attendance - New

  • Rebuilt the By Class & Instructor report to make it easier to view multiple related metrics in the same view, including making it sortable by top and bottom performers
  • Added “Quick dates” for faster filtering to common date ranges like Yesterday, Month to Date (MTD), Year to Date (YTD), Last Month, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, as well as a Custom Range

Past Due Dashboard

  • Our first dashboard showing various aggregate and segment metrics around Past Due members: # Members Past Due, Past Due Amount, Past Due Amount + Late Fees, Avg Past Due Amount Per Member, Avg Past Due Amount + Late Fees Per Member, % of Members Past Due, Avg Days Past Due
  • View these metrics by various dimensions and segments, and drilldown to a list of the members

Goals Dashboard - Updates

  • For future Invoice Amounts we added clarifying dates
  • Updated the PT Transaction list to have a date range picker
  • Goals Period Compare > added a Payment Mode segment and filter option
  • Goals PT Scorecard > added a payment mode filter

SmartSights - Updates

  • added a sensitivity slider of trend detection to select the number of anomalous trends you want to see, from all anomalies to only the largest ones
  • updated change values to show the % difference from the normal or expected value, rather than month over month change, to keep more in the context of SmartSights' purpose of informing you of unexpected trends.

Minor Enhancements

  • Attrition Trends
    • Added Member Status filter so can segment trends by various Inactive statuses such as Expired, Cancelled, Return For Collections, etc.
    • Added a drilldown to the month, and year-over-year changes in tool tips
  • Attrition Revenue Risk > made all columns sortable
  • Added “Quick dates” for faster filtering to common date ranges like Yesterday, Month to Date (MTD), Year to Date (YTD), Last Month, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, as well as a Custom Range, to the following dashboards:
    • Check-ins by Day and Time
    • Personal Trainer Activity
    • Membership Changes
