Release Notes April 9, 2026

This release we made updates to our member, revenue, personal training, events, and check-ins dashboards, and logic.

Member analytics and lifecycle improvements

We made several updates to help you better understand membership growth, dues trends, and lead activity. These changes bring more member data into one place and make it easier to analyze both acquisition and retention across dashboards.

Member Mix

NEW! The Member Mix dashboard now includes a new Member Analysis tab with deeper visibility into dues and membership movement so you can evaluate growth, loss, and overall member value more easily:

  • Total members and agreements
  • Dues-paying members and agreements
  • Total Monthly Dues
  • New members
  • New dues
  • Lost members
  • Lost dues
  • Net members
  • Net dues
  • Average dues

You can also slice and filter this data by member demographics, membership type, status, and more, giving you more flexibility to understand what is driving changes in your member base.

We also added:

  • New Dues as a metric option in New Member Mix
  • Total Monthly Dues as a metric option on the Member Mix tab

Member List

The Member List dashboard now includes additional lead fields so you can connect member records with lead and tour activity to better  support more targeted marketing follow-up.

  • Lead Date
  • Latest Tour Date
  • Lead Type
  • Lead Source

Expiring Memberships

The Expiring Memberships dashboard now includes expiring recurring memberships as well as PIF, giving you a more complete view of upcoming renewals and potential churn risk.

Club Activity YOY

The Club Activity YOY dashboard now includes the Member Count Exclusion filter for member metrics. Use this to get a cleaner view of performance by excluding member groups you do not want included in your analysis.

Revenue and transaction visibility

We added new transaction-level visibility in Revenue Compare so you can better understand what is behind the numbers. These updates help you move from summary-level revenue reporting into more actionable sales analysis.

Item Detail

NEW! The Revenue Compare dashboard now includes the first iteration of Item Detail.  Drill into the revenue bar graph to see line-level detail behind the totals and better understand what items are driving sales.

Available detail includes:

  • Transaction time
  • Profit center group
  • Profit center
  • Item description
  • Member information
  • Quantity
  • Amount

This is the first step in expanding item-level revenue analysis, and we plan to continue building additional ways to analyze item sales.

CAUTION: For ABC Clients, we have noticed some missing Item Detail transaction and are investigating.

Revenue Compare main tab tooltip

On the main tab of the Revenue Compare dashboard, we added more context to the tooltip so you can better understand whether revenue changes are being driven by more purchasers, higher spend, or both:

  • Count of members purchasing
  • Avg revenue per member

PT reporting and billing updates

We made updates across our Personal Training dashboards and reporting logic to improve billing visibility, sales attribution, and your PT sales funnel context. These changes help you interpret PT activity more accurately and give you more context when analyzing PT performance.

PT Sales Revenue & Enrollment

On the PT Sales Revenue & Enrollment dashboard, the PT Members tab now includes Next Bill Date to give more visibility into future billing timing and support downstream invoice-related calculations.

This field will also support “Invoice Amount” calculations in other dashboards for remaining PT billing in the month.

PT PIF logic update

For clients using ABC Fitness, we updated PT PIF logic to address edge-case transactions when a recurring service was purchased but then canceled after the first set of sessions. To remove unwanted impacts on PT EFT and reflect what was actually paid, those transactions will be treated as paid in full (PIF):

  • PT PIF Sales will increase by the payment amount for sessions purchased
  • PT EFT will not change
  • The recurring transaction will appear as a sale and a cancellation
  • In the Adjusted EFT metric, the recurring transaction will not count at all

Homepage Topline Widgets for PT Intro Sales Funnel

The Homepage Topline Widgets PT Sales Funnel Yesterday and PT Sales Funnel MTD have been updated to include book-on-join-date count. The MTD widget also now includes the percentage of bookings that were on the member’s join date.

Operational

We expanded operational reporting across Events and Check-ins to help you better understand space usage, location overlap, and member traffic patterns. These updates give you more detail when evaluating how members use your club, stations, and resources.

Event Attendance

The Event Attendance dashboard has been expanded to include all event types, allowing you to analyze event metrics across classes, personal training, PT intros, massage appointments, court or swim lane bookings, and any other event types within a single dashboard.

Event Location Details

NEW! The Event Attendance dashboard now includes the Event Location Details tab. This tab separates multi-location events (e.g. tennis tournament spanning multiple courts) so that each

Location and Resource appears on its own row, allowing more precise occupancy analysis at the location level.

Check-ins Analysis

NEW! The Check-ins Analysis dashboard now includes a new set of tabs for Location Overlap reporting to identify overlapping usage patterns and understand how members move across locations. Compare two check-in stations/locations and understand how many members checked into one location, the other, or both. Click a bar on the main Location Overlap tab to view and download a list of those members.

We also added to Check-ins Analysis:

  • A drilldown from the main tab to a member demographic breakdown
  • The metric Avg Daily Check-ins

Check-in Trends

The Check-in Trends dashboard now includes Station as a segment option for trend analysis:

  • Compare trends by station (e.g. multiple entrances, interior access doors, amenities requiring check-in)
  • Evaluate station-level traffic over time
  • Add another layer of detail to check-in trend reporting

Navigation and usability improvements

We added navigation improvements to help you move more quickly between related dashboards. These updates are designed to reduce clicks and make it easier to continue your analysis across connected reporting areas.

Related Dashboard tabs

Several Personal Training and Check-in dashboards now include a Related Dashboard tabs for quicker navigation.  This feature is intended to improve workflow efficiency, and you can expect it to expand to additional dashboards in future releases.

AI Analyst

The Easalytics AI Analyst continues to evolve as a deeper research tool that helps you answer questions beyond what we can put in a dashboard. It combines your business context, your data, and an understanding of the fitness industry so you can ask questions in plain language and get answers, comparisons, charts, and deeper analysis, and even recommendations.

This release adds new ways to save and revisit useful analyses:

  • Bookmark chats from your chat history for quick access to an entire chat thread later
  • Save chats as reports so you can turn a successful chat outcome into an easily repeatable report

Limited beta: AI Analyst is currently available only to select clients as a beta trial, but it is rapidly maturing into a powerful, time-saving tool. Contact sales@easalytics.com if you are interested in access or a demo.
