Description: Analysis of potential revenue loss due to attrition. Takes into account individual members' attrition risks calculated by the Easalytics Machine Learning Attrition Risk Model. Ability to filter by member segments and member attributes. The Risk Change Tab shows the change in attrition risk from the prior month by member segment.
Not all memberships have an expiration date. When filtering on the Membership Expiration date there is the option to show only the values in a date range, values in the date range and null values, null values only, non-null values only, or all values. Access these options by selecting the downward arrow icon next to the Membership Expiration filter label.
