Release Notes August 8, 2024

The following visible updates were made, in addition to performance improvements and bug fixes:

Member Mix Dashboard

added the ability to view New Member Mix by Salesperson
combined the New Member Mix Period Compare tab with the Period Compare tab and added a metric selector to toggle between Total Members and New Members
Note: it's possible that saved views from Member Mix may show as broken. Simply double check your filters and resave the view and it should be fixed for the future.
Added Lost Members, Net Members and Attrition % to the data tables

Salesperson Performance Dashboard

now you can view New Member, New Agreement, and New EFT Draft Dues performance by Salesperson, Club, and Membership Type Group
added a filter by Member Relationship, for example to filter only Primary members without including secondary/dependent members (if applicable)
added a Monthly data table, allowing you to see performance across months

Added options across dashboards for Last Year, Last 14 Days, Last 60 Days, Quarter-to-Date and Last Quarter

Made it easier to create a new dashboard layout from scratch with a new "Create New Dashboard" button
Added the ability for Admin users to "Assign" dashboards to specific users.
- - - Admin users can create a layout on behalf of another user and assign it to their My Dashboards (vs the Shared Dashboards section when using the Share option) so that it features more prominently in the dropdown menu than a Shared one.
    - Unlike Shared dashboards, Assigned dashboards can be further modified by the assigned users if desired
    - Note: when making updates to previously assigned layouts, first unassign, make the changes, then reassign it. If you rename a dashboard it breaks the link to assigned dashboards, but you can always reassign a dashboard with the new name.
Added new widgets for you to use in building custom dashboards:
- - - Unique Daily Check-ins Yesterday
    - Check-ins Yesterday Compare
      - this widget compares Yesterday check-ins to the same day of week in each of the prior two weeks
    - Past Due Members
    - PT Revenue MTD
    - PT Revenue YTD
    - PT Enrollment MTD
    - PT Enrollment YTD
    - PT Usage MTD
    - PT Usage YTD
    - Class Attendance MTD
    - Class Attendance YTD
    - Member Class Usage MTD
    - Member Class Usage YTD

The Goals dashboard has been split into separate dashboards in an attempt to improve the user experience. You can now access the specific goals dashboards (e.g. New Members, PT Revenue, etc) directly from the side navigation without needing to visit the Goals Overview page first (the links are still available in the overview page). You can also more easily Favorite them and create saved views within them.
The Goals Lite dashboard is a minimalist numbers-only overview that loads faster than the original Goals visualization dashboard. Like it? Hate it? Have suggestions? Give us feedback at support@easalytics.com

Added the ability to input monthly goal amounts per club for new member sales represented by New Dues added amount rather than/in addition to number of members, if desired. Added two new Topline Dashboard widgets for reporting progress toward New Dues goals.
Next release we plan to incorporate New Dues into our more detailed Goals dashboards
