Release Notes December 12, 2024

In addition to performance improvements and bug fixes, the following visible updates were made:

 

NEW! Goals for Personal Training Paid-in-Full (PT PIF) Revenue

Easalytics has added the ability to set and track PT PIF goals for your clubs! If you have the Easalytics Goals product purchased, you will see changes in the Goals Admin, the Goals, Goals Lite, Personal Training Scorecard dashboards, and some new Goals homepage topline widgets, including:

  • New PT PIF Revenue Goals Yesterday
  • New PT PIF Revenue Goals MTD

Member List

  • Reorganized the columns by metric category for easier analysis on screen
  • Added Agreement Number and Agreement Sale Date to the data table, as well as a New Agreement Sale Date Filter
  • Renamed the Member Signup Timeframe filter to Member Since Date for clarity (Since Date is the definitive date used to determine when a member first became a member)
  • Added a Salesperson filter 

Member Mix 

  • Added the ability to choose different metrics for New Members (pure new members with no previous agreements), New Member Units (New Members + Rewrites/Rejoins/Renewals), or New Agreements (primary member agreements only) to make it easier to view new membership data the way your club prefers to define it
  • Added the ability to link from New Member Mix dashboard to Member List to see the individual member details of members who signed up in a selected timeframe

Check-In Trends

  • Improved the Monthly tab, and updated the Weekly tab to have a trend as well as YOY comparison
  • Consolidated the Daily and Monthly data table into the new Trends Data Table where you can pick daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly data.  
  • Consolidated the Monthly, Weekly and Daily YOY Compare data tables into the new YOY Compare Data Table, where you can pick daily, weekly, monthly or yearly data.
  • And, we updated the Rate and Count Compare tab to be clearer about the time periods and stacked the charts differently to help with analysis

Class Attendance Trends

  • Improved the Monthly tab, and updated the Weekly tab to have a trend as well as YOY comparison
  • Renamed the Monthly Data Table to Trends Data Table and added the ability to pick daily, weekly, monthly or yearly data.    
  • Consolidated the Monthly and Weekly YOY Compare data tables into the new YOY Compare Data Table, where you can pick daily, weekly, monthly or yearly data.
  • Updated the Rate and Count Compare tab to be clearer about the time periods and stacked the charts differently to help with analysis
  • Added a Period Compare tab in an attempt to improve the Rate & Count Compare analysis you can do. 

Revenue Trends

  • Added Quick Dates to make it easier to pick your date ranges
  • Updated the Dues vs Discretionary tab to Revenue Mix Trends tab, allowing you to compare many different dimensions and how the distribution of your clubs' revenue has changed over time
  • Renamed the Revenue Data Table to Trends Data Table and added the ability to pick Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly data

Other Noteworthy Updates

  • Added a Total Member Goals YTD widget. We will soon be adding the ability to add goals in the admin page, in the meantime, let us know if you want to add Total Member goals to track. You can choose to do an escalating monthly Total Member goal for each month, or just an annual goal you are working toward for the year.
  • New Dues Yesterday -- we've updated the logic in the homepage topline widgets, Goals Lite, and Goals New Dues to ignore members' first day payments which have annual fees payments included, artificially inflating New Dues averages. For those members, we will be able to pull the actual dues without annual fee the following day, and then those will contribute to the MTD average.
