Easalytics AI Analyst

Overview

AI Analyst is a standalone Easalytics experience that helps you answer questions about your business beyond what fits into a dashboard. Instead of clicking through multiple dashboards or exporting data for follow-up analysis, you can ask questions in plain language and get back text answers, charts, comparisons, and deeper research.

AI Analyst uses your club’s data, business context, and the metrics you care about most to help you investigate performance, explore trends, and answer ad hoc questions faster. It is meant to supplement your dashboards and topline metrics, not replace them.

Availability: AI Analyst is currently in a limited beta and is only available to select clients. The experience will continue to evolve.

Where to find AI Analyst

You can access AI Analyst from:

  • The top navigation
  • The left navigation

AI Analyst opens as a standalone experience.

What AI Analyst is best for

AI Analyst is especially useful when you want to:

  • Ask follow-up questions that go beyond a dashboard view
  • Investigate why a metric changed
  • Compare segments, periods, clubs, or membership types
  • Create a quick chart or summary for a meeting
  • Explore an idea without building a report first

What AI Analyst can return

Depending on the question, AI Analyst can return:

  • Text answers
  • Comparisons and summaries
  • Charts and graphs
  • Deeper breakdowns and supporting detail

Example questions to ask first

Here are a few good ways to get started:

  • Why did new dues drop this week?
  • Which membership type grew the most this quarter?
  • How did PT revenue compare to last month by club?
  • Show me revenue trends by location for the last 6 months
  • What changed in check-ins year over year for our top clubs?
  • Which lead sources are driving the most member value?
  • Compare recurring membership cancellations this month vs last month
  • What are the biggest changes in member mix over the last 90 days?

Bookmarks and Saved Reports

Bookmarks

Use Bookmark when you want to save a useful prior conversation for quick access.

To bookmark a chat:

  • Go to your chat history in the left navigation
  • Click the ... action button
  • Choose Bookmark

The chat will move to your Bookmarks section.

Saved Reports

Use Save as report when you want to save a repeatable analysis prompt that you can rerun later.

You can save a report from:

  • The ... action button in chat history
  • The chat action buttons below the latest response

When you save a chat as a report, it is duplicated into the Saved Reports section. Selecting that report reruns the analysis using the same prompt and context.

Saved Reports are best for:

  • Repeated questions you run often
  • Analyses you want to revisit without rewriting the prompt
  • Recurring business reviews based on a prompt you already know works well

Best practices

To get the best results from AI Analyst:

  • Ask specific questions when possible
  • Include timeframes, clubs, locations, or member groups when relevant
  • Use AI Analyst for follow-up analysis after spotting something in a dashboard
  • Save your best repeated prompts as reports
  • Bookmark useful conversations you may want to reference later

Keep the following in mind when using AI Analyst:

  • Answers depend on available data and configuration
  • AI Analyst is designed to work across your reporting domains, but available detail may vary based on your data setup
  • AI can make mistakes, so important decisions should be reviewed before acting
  • The beta experience will continue to evolve
