Release Notes February 8, 2024

In addition to bug fixes, the following visible updates were made:

 

Member Mix Dashboard Updates

  • Period Compare Data Export > added the ability to export the Member Mix Period Compare by adding a new tab 
  • Period Compare > added the ability to sort by top and bottom performers
  • Quick Dates > added a quick dates feature (e.g. Yesterday, YTD, MTD) to reports to make selection of relative dates more convenient
  • Payment Mode > added this field as a Segment and a View By option throughout the dashboard, which enables, for example, seeing the percentage of members paying via EFT/ACH 

Class Attendance Dashboard Updates

  • Instructor Detail > new report tab lists all class activity and class details by instructor. Note that if there are multiple instructors teaching a class, there will be a separate line for each instructor. This is different from the Class Detail tab, which lists by class and will show one line per class even if there are multiple instructors.

Goals Dashboard and Admin UI - Limited Beta release

  • New Knowledge Base articles posted for Goals feature
  • Goals mini-dashboard metrics linked to metric definitions (click on metric in the mini-dashboard widgets)
  • Personal Training Scorecard > this new dashboard is now available in the Goals section of the portal
  • NOTE: Goals functionality is an optional new feature allowing you to enter monthly goals and track progress toward goal for New Members, Revenue, PT Revenue, and New PT EFT. If you are interested in a demo of Goals please contact sales@easalytics.com 

Check-In Alerts - New Dashboard

  • This new report will assist you in monitoring check-in alerts at your clubs, by type of alert, location and down to a specific member check-in.  This data is currently only available for users of the ABC Fitness member management system.  
  • Possible Uses: Identify areas where problem alerts are recurring and put action policies in place to remediate. For example, if Past Due members are repeatedly checking in without staff intervention, you would be able to see what day, time, and location that is occurring.

Minor Enhancements

  • Membership Trends > add Payment Mode as Segment (primarily requested as a way to see trend of members paying via ACH bank draft vs other payment modes)
  • Member List > add Payment Mode to filters
  • Data Status > added a new status for data-refresh in progress

Noteworthy Bug Fixes

  • Resolved data export issue on all dashboards where some numerical fields were exporting as text, making it difficult to perform calculations in Excel
  • Check-In Trends bug with the change in year and mapping weeks from 2024 to 2023
