After clicking the ? icon at the top right, enter your question or topic in the search bar and click Enter. If the search does not return a Knowledge Base article that answers your question, you can click the Contact Us button at the bottom of the Support window. A Contact Us form will open pre-populated with your name and email address, all you need to do is type in details of your request and click Send. This will create a Support ticket visible to our entire Support Team.
