Release Notes January 16, 2025

In addition to performance improvements and bug fixes, the following visible updates were made:

 

Member List Enhancements

  • We added the summarized count of Agreements next to the count of Members displaying in the list at the top of the page
  • Added a new field and filter for Agreement Type, indicating if an agreement is new, renewal, etc. 
  • Added a new field and filter for Agreement Status, looking across all members on an agreement to determine if the agreement is Active, Inactive, Full Freeze, or Partial Freeze. Partial Freeze is when only some members on a multi-member agreement are on Freeze.
  • Added fields in the member profile (when you click on a record in member list), and in the Excel export for Previous Member Status, Previous Status Date, and Previous Status Reason fields to help with troubleshooting and auditing of membership changes

Membership Trends and Net Membership Dashboards

  • Now you can choose from 3 different metrics for New Members (pure new members with no previous agreements), New Member Units (New Members + Rewrites/Rejoins/Renewals),
    or New Agreements (primary member agreements only) to make it easier to view new membership data the way your club prefers to define it

Salesperson Performance Dashboard

  • Added a link to Member List to see the individual member details of members who signed up in the selected timeframe

Goals > Member Count Exclusion Filters Added

Easalytics has added a new filter to Goals dashboards and homepage widgets to exclude members that you do not want to count in member goals. The Member Count Exclusion filter on the below dashboards will by default exclude members categorized in a Membership Type Group called specifically "Bonus Exclude SS/Comp/Emp".   

  • Goals
  • Goals Lite
  • Goals New Members
  • Goals Period Compare

All New Member Goals homepage widgets, including New Member Breakdown and Today's Goals, have also been updated to exclude this membership type group.  

If you would like to leverage this functionality in Goals, and don't have this Membership Type Group created, your Easalytics admin can add a new Membership Type Group named exactly "Bonus Exclude SS/Comp/Emp" to your account and add the applicable membership types you want excluded to it.  

 

Other Noteworthy Updates

  • Class Attendance Trends > added Class Status filter and set to not include cancelled classes by default
  • Check-In Trends > streamlined the tooltips to be smaller and easier to understand
  • Homepage topline bug fix > Global Club Filter disappeared in mobile view
