Release Notes January 8, 2026

This month, through the holidays, we focused on performance improvements, bug fixes, and small enhancements as we begin to look to 2026.  This release you will notice the following updates: 

 

NEW! Class Attendance > Class Analysis Bubble Chart Dashboard

Now in the Class Attendance dashboard you'll find the new Class Analysis Bubble Chart  — a flexible, multi-dimensional view that helps you uncover class performance and scheduling opportunities at a glance.  This visual tool lets you configure X-axis, Y-axis, and bubble size, so you can quickly identify key insights like high-demand classes, under-utilized slots, and potential revenue or scheduling opportunities.

 

Other Noteworthy Enhancements and Bug Fixes

  • PT Sales, Revenue and Enrollment - Transaction List > separated new sales and deactivations with a toggle to clarify what's in the table, as well as added a filter for PIF or Recurring transactions. 
     
  • New Member Detail dashboard> added the ability to link from New Member Mix and Salesperson Performance dashboards to the New Member Detail dashboard to see the specific members being counted.   
     
  • Revenue Trends - Sales by Day & Time dashboard > fixed a bug for Club Automation clients with transaction time;  defaulted the dashboard to show Discretionary spend by default with the option to view all revenue streams.  Note: profit center groups can be classified as discretionary or non-discretionary in the profit center group admin page.  
     
  • Trainer Performance dashboard > fixed a bug with Avg Months with Trainer, addressed an issue where trainer's data was getting split-up because some records had their middle initial, and added a Related Dashboards tab to help find additional reports and analysis for your Personal Training program
     
  • Member Referral Analysis dashboard > added an overall metrics bar to the main dashboard, added more ability to slice the data tables, and added your top referrer names and barcodes for easier reference.  
     
  • Club Automation Member Counts > made updates to handle deleted members, and to display agreement (user group) type such as Reinstated and Renewed and include those in our New Member Units metric.
