Release Notes June 5, 2025

In addition to performance improvements and bug fixes, the following visible updates were made:

NEW! PT Sales Trends dashboard

We’re excited to introduce the new PT Sales Trends Dashboard — a companion to the existing PT Sales, Revenue, and Enrollment Dashboard — now with a dedicated focus on performance over time.

This trends view allows you to:

  • Track monthly and weekly changes in PT EFT and PIF sales, enrollment, and sessions sold
  • Identify seasonal patterns and sales momentum
  • Compare performance across clubs, service items, salespeople, and more
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve PT sales strategy

Use this dashboard to gain a long-range perspective on PT sales activity and uncover opportunities for sustained growth.

NEW! Goals PT PIF Revenue Dashboard

Designed specifically to help you track and analyze your Personal Training Paid-In-Full (PIF) Revenue goals with greater insight and precision. We added PT PIF Revenue as a goal metric a few months back. Now we're rolling out this new dashboard dedicated to monitoring and analyzing this goal in more detail.

Goals New Members > Data Table > Weekend NMU Goals

We’ve updated the Goals New Members Data Table tab to include a Friday–Sunday NMU Goal to allow separate tracking of goals for weekend staff. A new slider allows you to set this based on a percentage of your total NMU goal (default: 25%).

Now you can easily track and manage weekend new member performance using the dedicated columns.

Other Noteworthy Enhancements

  • Class Attendance Dashboard >  Added Enrollment Metrics to the main tab, with drilldowns to demographic data on who enrolled. Added enrollment metrics to the By Class & Instructor tab as well.
  • Personal Training Scorecard >  Renamed Appointment Count to Set Count in the PT Intro – Book, Show, Close metric set for clarity and consistency. Set Count represents the number of appointments that are set to occur within the month.
  • PT Sales Revenue and Enrollment Dashboard >  Updated the PT Enrollment tab to reflect "Current Enrollment (as of yesterday)". Updated the PT Freeze tab to clarify that dates indicate when members will come off Freeze. Additional improvements to both tabs are planned.
  • Salesperson Performance Dashboard >  Added a topline metrics bar to the dashboard and renamed the New Member Book % to PT Intro Book % to better clarify what is being booked.
  • Homepage Topline Widgets for Class Attendance >  Added filters for Class Group, Class Name, and Instructor—enabling more targeted topline dashboards for class attendance.
  • Homepage Topline Widget Filtering > fixed a bug where previously deselected filter options weren't available to be reselected and made general improvements to widget filtering and creating new dashboards.

As always, please share any suggestions for enhancements, new reporting, and new ideas to support@easalytics.com.
