In addition to bug fixes, the following visible updates were made:

 

Topline Mini-dashboards

  • Added the ability to bulk update filter settings in all widgets at once, in addition to filtering each individually
  • Added the ability to clear all widgets and start from a blank dashboard template

Class Attendance Dashboard Updates

  • By Day & Time tab updates:
    • Added "Average Class Attendance“ and “Class Count” to Heatmap metric options
    • Added Instructor filter to view by specific instructor(s)
  • Data Table tab: Added Class Count to export
  • By Class & Instructor tab
    • Added "Class & Instructor“ to View By options
    • Added "Average Class Attendance“ to Heatmap metric options
    • On the heatmap display, added average attendance metric
  • Class Detail tab
    • Added ability to sort the data table
    • Added Class Location as a column
    • Added Class name as a filter
  • Instructor Detail tab: Added ability to sort the data table

Goals Dashboard and Admin UI - Limited Beta release

    • Added a new Period Compare Dashboard to the Goals product
    • Added Sort by top/bottom performers on all Goals Overview dashboards
    • Added a Period Compare Data Table to the Personal Training Scorecard Goals Dashboard

Minor Enhancements

  • Club Compare Dashboard: Added a Period Compare Data Table export

  • Personal Training Purchases Dashboard: Added a Period Compare Data Table export
  • Simplified dashboards by removing the separate control to display a chart "By Segment or Overall" and incorporating the Overall option into the Segment filter. Now you can choose a “Segment” of Overall that will display a single line/bar in:

      • Member Average Revenue
      • Retention Rate
      • Check-in Trends
      • Class Attendance Trends

  • Segment/filter by Payment Mode for more insight into members paying via ACH/EFT/bank draft:

Noteworthy Bug Fixes

  • Resolved data export issue on dashboards where data did not appear in the export in certain circumstances
