Release Notes March 5, 2026
In addition to performance improvements and bug fixes, the following visible updates were made:
New! Check-ins Analysis Dashboard
A new Check-ins Analysis dashboard gives you more ways of understanding your members' check-in behavior. Find metrics like total Unique Members Checked In for the time period, and new View By options including Check-in Station. This is enhanced functionality added to some tabs that were previously in Check-ins by Day and Time dashboard.
We're working to add more detail to Check-in Station in an upcoming release, including the check-in 'activity' for Jonas MMS clients, and populating the field for ABC clients.
NOTE: 'unknown' check-in station is either from a class attendee who did not register a door check-in, or a station value not provided by your MMS.
PT Sales Revenue and Enrollment dashboard refresh
We made several enhancements to the PT Sales Revenue and Enrollment dashboard, including a drill-down from the PT Sales & Revenue tab to the PT Transaction List to see individual transactions. The Transaction list columns have been reorganized to try to be more useful at first glance.
The new PT Statuses tab on the PT Sales Revenue and Enrollment dashboard gives you a summary of your active PT user base. See recurring and paid-in-full packages with active members, remaining sessions, package types, package frequencies, and more. From the PT Statuses tab you can drill-in to see the specific members on the PT Members tab. Then you can filter to frozen, freezing soon, or expiring soon members and packages and export them to Excel!
Member Referrals Updates
Lead-to-Member Date Restriction Filter
We added a new filter to the Member Referral Analysis dashboard: Lead Created Within Days of Referred Member Since. This works for clients with the Engage Pro CRM (VFP) integration. When applied, Referred New Members and related metrics exclude referrals where the Lead Created Date is more than 30, 60, or 90 days before the Member Since Date. Default is All (no filter).
Member List Referral Filters
We added 2 new filters allowing you to isolate members who were referred by other members, or members who have referred other members. We also added 3 new sortable/exportable fields to the member record:
- Referred Member: indicating if a member was referred by another member
- Referral Barcode: the barcode number of the member who referred the member
- Total Referred Members: if the member has referred anyone, the total number of members they have referred
Homepage Topline Widget Updates
- Added widgets for New Member Units Yesterday, MTD, & YTD to go with the widgets we have for the other new member metrics: New Members (brand new) and New Agreements (agreement type of new)
- Added Class Utilization Rates to Class Attendance MTD and Class Attendance YTD widgets (attended / spots available)
Club Automation Integration Improvements
Continuing from last release, we've made additional improvements to our Club Automation Data Vault integration, including:
- Populating 'Payment Mode' in Easalytics for members (EFT, credit card, etc.) enabling our % on ACH metric and enabling more insights on your members
- Addressed an issue with Club Automation packages and add-ons breaking out into PT Recurring or Paid in Full sales
- Improved our handling of late-arriving Data Vault updates, ensuring older/backfilled changes are now captured during sync
- Addressed an issue with inflated PT Enrollment on Member List
Other Noteworthy Enhancements and Bug Fixes
- Added features to the Membership Type Grouping Admin page to search membership types and paginate to the end or beginning of the list.
- On the Goals Lite dashboard we added conditional green coloring on the pace columns to indicate degrees of ahead of pace with shades of green.
- Moved the Deactivation Reason Trends tab from 'PT Sales Revenue and Enrollment' to the PT Sales Trends dashboard
