Description: View changes in Membership Type Group, Membership Type, Member Status, or Payment Term over a selected time period. Filter the results by Club, Member Duration, Spend Group (which profit centers members did or didn't spend in), Join Source (online or in-person), Gender, Age Group, and more.
Possible Uses:
- Compare changes in Membership Type Groups (upgrades and downgrades) within a designated time frame, the larger the "stream" between two points the more people changed. Hover on a stream to see a count of members who changed.
- See the number of members who went from one membership status to another, for example Active to Freeze (or vice versa), or Cancelled to Active, within a specified timeframe.
- Click on a stream to see a breakdown of the members who changed by Age, Gender, Club, and other member attributes.
- This can be a good tool to assess impact within the timeframe of a campaign to effect a positive change, e.g. Winback/reactivation, membership type upgrade, etc.
