Description
This dashboard is a part of the Membership Trends dashboard and can help you visualize trends in the makeup of your membership. Segment by Club, Age, Gender, Membership Type, Payment Terms, Join Source, or Member Relationship.
Possible Use Cases
- Identify changing demographics at your clubs
- See how membership types are shifting over time
- See which clubs make up your largest % of your total members
Metric & Attribute Definitions
- New Members: count of members who have joined your club and have a "since date" in the time period selected (e.g. MTD). Excluding any members rewriting, renewing, etc.
- Total Members: The count of all members in your club. Some dashboards may filter out members with certain statuses.
- Primary Members: Part of the Member Relationship field. Primary member is the main member on the account. Often it's the only member on the account, makes the payments, and holds the Membership Agreement.
