Revenue & Membership Forecasts

Description

In the Forecast Compare dashboard, you will find Easalytics predicted 12-month future values for your Total Revenue, New Members, and Total Members.  On the Revenue Detail tab, you will find forecasts for each of your Profit Center Groups set up in Easalytics admin portal.  Use the data table tabs to export this data for further analysis and planning.  

Possible Uses

  • Use these forecasts to help you see where you're going and inform future goals for your clubs. 
  • Identify if new member signups are increasing, with total revenue and total membership staying flat, this indicates an attrition problem.
  • If new member signups and membership are both increasing, but total revenue is staying flat or decreasing, this would likely show an increase in lower-tier memberships pushing out higher-performing members.
  • These forecasts can also show the results of changes to the club strategy. A common trend to see is membership decreasing but revenue increasing. This is usually caused by attrition of low-value members, but retention and new signups of fewer, but higher value members.
