Salesperson Performance

Description

Compare the performance of your sales team based on their new member signups, total dues, average dues, and success at booking PT kickoff / intro sessions across your Clubs and for various time periods, including Month to Date (MTD), Year to Date (YTD), etc.

Possible Uses

  • Identify under- and over-performing sales people based on their # of members signed up, the dues they're bringing in,  and the number of PT Intros they're booking.

Metric Definitions

  • Salesperson: the employee associated to the membership sale.  It is not necessarily the employee who booked the PT Intro.
  • New Members: count of members who have joined your club and have a "since date" in the time period selected (e.g. MTD).  Excluding any members rewriting, renewing, etc.
  • New Membership Agreements: count of primary member agreements that are new in the time period selected.  This excludes secondary and dependent members, and rewriting or renewing member agreements.
  • New Member Unit (NMU): The number of members with an agreement date in the reporting period and an agreement type of New, Renew, Rewrite, Reinstated, or Add-on.  Not including Continual Renew or Continual Rewrite agreement types.
  •  % of Club Total New Members: New Members from the Salesperson at the Club divided by Total New Members for the Club.
  • % of Total New Members: New Members divided by total new members based on the filters applied.  If no filters are applied, it would be New Members for the Club or Salesperson divided by total new members.
  • % on ACH: count of new members who have signed up with a recuring payment plan and have Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT or ACH) as the payment method.
  • Total New Dues Draft: the sum of new dues from members who have signed up with a recuring payment plan.  This excludes paid-in-full (PIF) memberships.
  • Avg New Dues Draft: the average of new dues from members who have signed up with a recuring payment plan, excluding paid-in-full (PIF) memberships.

  • PT Intro Book Count and %: this represents the count of members that booked a PT Intro event in the report time period.  If a member books 2 sessions, in this report it's only counted as 1 member booking.  This will be different than the PT Scorecard, which counts booked sessions, not members.
  • Book on Join Date Count and %: this represents the count of members who booked a PT Intro session within 1 day of their join date
