Release Notes September 13, 2024

The following visible updates were made, in addition to performance improvements and bug fixes:

Get a fresh and in-depth look at your clubs' personal training service usage. View your key metrics by Club, Trainer, Member, Event and Event Group. Use the Period Compare tabs to compare your PT usage versus another period, and use the By Day and Time tab to see usage at an even more granular level. See the dashboard overview to learn more.
This dashboard replaced the retired Personal Trainer Activity dashboard

This dashboard originated in the Personal Training Purchases dashboard, but we broke it out for you to more easily understand the timing of members' first Personal Training purchase by month from when they joined, or calendar month the purchase was made

Added a detailed Goals New Dues dashboard and added a section to the Goals Lite dashboard for clubs who track New Dues added rather than/in addition to new memberships.

Created new widgets for you to use in your dashboard customizations
- New Agreements Yesterday
- New Agreements MTD
- New Agreements YTD
- Revenue Yesterday
Updated Goals widgets to link to the new Goals dashboards, and Personal Training widgets to link to the new PT dashboards

Reorganized and added new metrics to the "member profile card" popup when you click a member row
Added two new options to the Member Signup Timeframe filter for New-Yesterday, and New-This-Year
Added more details about members to the Excel export, including:
- Barcode
- RefID
  - For Jonas Fitness clients this is Data Exchange ID, which is a unique person identifier
  - For Club Automation clients this is the user_alternate_key value, which is used in VFP integrations
  - For ABC Clients this is the Member ID, which is also used in VFP integrations
- Age Generation (e.g. Millennial, Gen Z, Boomer, etc.)
- Agreement Type (For Jonas Fitness clients only)
- Membership Dues Amount (the base amount on the member agreement)

Added the ability to Segment and View your member mix by Member Relationship, Member Status, and Age Generation, and added a filter for Member Status (view just members on Freeze, for example)
Added membership Agreements metric to the dashboard (Note: agreements = primary memberships)

Added the ability to Segment by Member Relationship (e.g. Primary, Secondary, Independent) and the ability to filter Member Status
Added Total Agreements and New Agreements metrics to the dashboard (Note: agreements = primary members)

Member Segment Analysis dashboard > added Member Status filter
Revenue Compare dashboard > added additional quick dates and spelled out all revenue numbers, rather than shortening (e.g. $10k --> $10,000)
Net Membership > fixed bar length and bar color issues
Goals New Members > added Friday-Sunday NMU count to Monthly Data Table

Topline dashboards > large, filtered dashboards no longer visually jump around the page as widgets are loaded
Topline dashboard widgets missing some profit centers in filters
Topline dashboard customization, can't cancel changes
Goals Admin horizontal scroll bar issues
Member List extra spacing when filters are hidden
Potential Lost Revenue calculation update to better account for PIF memberships
Improved toolbar dropdown behavior (e.g. Download, Save View) to make it easier to select an option
