Release Notes July 11, 2024

The following visible updates were made, in addition to performance improvements and bug fixes:

NEW! Easalytics AI Chatbot Search

• • Click the "Search" option at the top of the portal to ask a question in plain language and it will suggest the dashboard or dashboards most likely to answer your question
  • At this time for security reasons the chatbot cannot see or answer questions about your actual data, e.g. it can't tell you how much Personal Training revenue you made last month, but it can tell you where to find the answer
  • The beta AI chatbot is new and still learning, your feedback via the thumbs up or thumbs down icon will help it improve!

NEW! Revenue Compare Dashboard 

• • This dashboard replaces Club Compare and Club Revenue YOY dashboards, consolidating some overlapping functionality and adding new features, including:
    • Ability to view revenue by more dimensions than just club, e.g. by Membership Type Group, Age Group, Join Source, etc.
    • Ability to sort top and bottom performers by Total Revenue, Dues Revenue, Discretionary Revenue, and Period-over-Period change (Period Compare tab)

NEW! Salesperson Performance Dashboard 

• • This dashboard gives you a specific look at your sales team and how they're doing bringing in new members, member value, and recurring revenue type
  • Sort option on each metric column to see top and bottom performers on New Members, % of Club Total New Members, New Members on Recurring Draft (ACH), Total New Dues Draft, and Avg New Dues Draft (NOTE: "Draft" is based on the amount on the member's agreement, not necessarily an amount collected)

Other Noteworthy Enhancements

• Class Attendance > By Class & Instructor tab 
  • added toggle options to view class metrics by any combination of Day, Time, Club, Class Group, Class, and/or Instructor, giving you serious flexibility to assess and optimize your class schedule at whatever level of detail you choose
    • Pro Tip: This new feature gives you 60+ view by combinations, when you find the one(s) you like, be sure to Save A View for faster re-use in the future!
  • updated the tool tips to load faster, and added details to the drilldown from that report
  • added a toggle to hide the average lines on the table
  • added Unique Attendees metric to the table (please note this metric will work only if you are recording the individual members who attend)
• Class Attendance Trends  
  • Added a toggle to hide the trend lines
  • added Class Count and Avg Attendance per Class to the Data Table
• SmartSights
  • We enhanced SmartSights Class Attendance trends detection with 2 new metrics, Average Attendance per class and First Time Class Attendees
• Membership Trends Dashboard
  • added a Daily Trends tab and data table
• Net Membership Dashboard
  • Updated the dashboard to focus on the key metrics of new, lost and net membership, including comparison to prior year for multiple time periods
  • Added ability to sort top and bottom performers for Net Gain/Loss
  • Updated the Monthly tab to "Monthly Trends" with a new trend graph
  • Updated the data table with a customizable date range and better formatting for Excel
• Check-in Alerts Dashboard  
  • Added a toggle to view the trend by Club or Alert Type
  • added a sort for the alert list
  • added a Home-Club filter
  • added a "Quick Dates" date picker
  • added a Trend Data table based on requests for further monitoring of your check-in alerts
• Topline Dashboards 
  • added the ability to quickly rename a dashboard layout without having to click the "Customize Dashboard" button
