Release Notes June 6, 2024

In addition to performance improvements and bug fixes, the following visible updates were made:

SmartSights 

We enhanced SmartSights with a new Metric Category to detect trends, and we added filter controls in an effort to continuously improve finding key trends and insights at your clubs.  

  • Class Attendance Counts and Unique Class Attendees trends and spikes are now included.  
    • You will find the new metrics on the SmartSights overview tab, and we've added a new Class Attendance tab in the SmartSights dashboard
  • We added a Months of Spike/Trend slider that will help you quickly find trends that have continued over time
  • And we published a new SmartSights dashboard overview article in our knowledge base  

Member List & Saved Cohorts

We enhanced Member List with filters and exportable fields for Class Attendance and Past Due information to give you even more opportunities with Member List, Saved Cohorts, and connecting with individual members. 

  • New Filters added: 
    • Class Attendance in Date Range
    • Days Since Last Class Attended
    • First Class Attended in Date Range
    • Days Past Due
    • Past Due Amount
  • New exportable fields added:
    • First Class Attendance Date
    • First Class Attended Name
    • Last Class Attended Date
    • Last Class Attended Name
    • Days Past Due
    • Past Due Amount
  • New Saved Cohorts overview article published in our knowledge base  

Member Segment Analysis Dashboard 

  • We added the ability to configure the Member Segment granularity and composition by selecting any combination of Membership Type, Age, or Gender.  This will give you even more ways to slice your members into meaningful segments for analysis and to export through Member List.

Class Attendance Dashboard

  • On the By Class & Instructor tab, we added the ability to link to Member List from the tooltip, which allows you to see the individual members who fit the criteria (for example, Males that took a Zumba Class with Beth this year)  

Club Compare Dashboard

We updated the Club Compare dashboard to have more options to compare your clubs' revenue, including:

  • updated the main chart to be vertical for ease of use
  • added an option to chose total revenue or dues vs. discretionary revenue to display in the chart
  • added Segment options for Dues vs. Discretionary, and Overall
  • added Quick Dates feature to improve date range selection

Club Revenue YoY Dashboard

  • We added to the chart the ability to View By different slides including Club, Profit Center, Membership Type and other member attributes, and added the ability to then Segment by Club
