Release Notes May 8, 2024
This Release the team has focused on improving the navigation to dashboards in Easalytics to help you find what you're looking for! Additionally, the team has made the following visible updates, performance improvements and bug fixes:

Portal Left Navigation updates
Based on user feedback we've replaced the ambiguous "Club" and "Membership" sections in the left navigation with more meaningful Metric Categories:
Member Counts, Revenue, Check-Ins, Class Attendance, Personal Training, Retention / Attrition, Member Behavior.
If a dashboard relates to two Metric Categories, you'll find a link to it in both sections of the navigation.
Report Finder Page
In addition to the left navigation updates, we are also introducing a Report Finder tool in the top navigation. Select the Metric Category or categories you are interested in (e.g. check-ins or revenue) and the type of chart you want (e.g. trend, comparison report, YoY) and you will be presented with visual icons of the dashboards corresponding to your selections.
Class Attendance
- Added % First Time Attendees (first time attending a class of any kind) and % Repeat Attendees (have previously attended a class) to the By Day & Time heatmap, and the By Class & Instructor tabs
- Reordered the Filters to be about Classes first then Members
- Improved the Member Drilldowns to better show who is attending
- Added drilldowns to the By Class & Instructor tab to get more info
- Added a Data Table for the By Class & Instructor tab so you can export to Excel
Past Due Dashboard
- Made updates to show Members and Amounts together and enabled sorting
- Added a filter for Days Past Due, defaulted to members less than 91 days past
- Added the ability to segment the bar graph by Days Past Due
Minor Enhancements
- Class Attendance Trends
- Added a trend graph to the Monthly tab and added filters for Class Group & Instructor
- Revenue Trends
- Made data tables more Excel friendly
