Release Notes October 9, 2025

In addition to performance improvements and bug fixes, the following visible updates were made:

New Dashboard > Trainer Performance

Report tabs from the PT Usage dashboard have been separated and placed into a dedicated Trainer Performance Dashboard for easier navigation and focused insights. In addition to separating the dashboard, we've added PT Intro Close % to the main table, updated the Trainer Utilization rate to exclude PT Intro meeting hours.

PT EFT Draft Adjustments

We are introducing a new concept and report setting for PT EFT Draft Adjustments, and giving you the ability to pick between All Drafts (the report default values) and Drafts Adjusted for Cancels and Rewrites. PT EFT Draft in Easalytics is calculated based on the sale amount of a recurring Personal Training package multiplied by the billing frequency, and represents the recurring monthly amount you should bring in or have lost.

  • This updated logic is an attempt to better represent the addition and subtraction to your monthly billing

  • The adjustment logic looks across a member and adjusts the New PT EFT Draft and Cancelled PT EFT Draft amounts if a transaction is an upgrade or downgrade (based on a new package starting on or before the date the original package ended at a higher or lower amount), or if a new draft was cancelled within the first 30 days. Net PT EFT calculation will reflect the choice of Draft values.

  • The PT Transaction List can show you exactly how a transaction was adjusted for New or Cancelled PT EFT, and the PT Sales Revenue and Enrollment , Goals , Goals Lite, and Goals PT EFT Draft dashboards all have settings where you can select which PT Draft value you want to see in your reporting.

  • Next release this filter toggle will be available in the PT EFT Draft topline widgets. If there is client demand, we may begin to use the Adjusted PT EFT Draft amounts as the default for reports. Let us know your feedback!

Member Exclusion Filter

  • This release we added a new Member Count Exclusion setting in the Membership Type Group (MTG) admin page to select groups of members you don't want to count in Easalytics' member reporting by default.

  • Easalytics Goals, Goals Lite, and PT Scorecard Dashboards now include a Member Count Exclusion filter, defaulted to exclude flagged groups (but can always be set back to “All Members”).

  • This filter will not affect other metrics such as check-ins, classes, PT, revenue or any other reporting stream aside from member counts

  • For clients already excluding Membership Type Groups (e.g. Bonus Exclude), your settings have been migrated

  • This rollout begins with Admin and Goals features. Future releases will extend exclusions to all other member reporting, including Member Mix, Membership Trends, Net Membership, Attrition Trends, and homepage topline widgets for new members.

New Goal Metrics

We added two new Goal metrics you can utilize in your reporting, Net PT EFT Draft and New PT PIF Members. You can set your goal values in the Easalytics Goals Admin, and find the new metrics in Goals, Goals Lite, and new homepage topline widgets for Month-to-Date (MTD) and Yesterday.

PT Transaction List Updates

This release we made some updates to the PT Transaction List report tab to improve the usability and include information about the PT EFT Draft Adjustments noted above. Updates include:

  • Added a Transaction Type toggle between New Sales, Cancellations and Deactivations, and All transactions. That selection will change if the list includes transactions based on the sale date, cancel date, or both.

  • Added the PT EFT Adjusted filter to look at all transactions, only those we have adjusted, or only those not adjusted.

  • Added an Agreement Number search to drill down to any given membership to investigate their PT transactions.

  • Added a tooltip on the sales metrics that shows you info about if it's the members' first PT purchase, purchased on join date, sale, paid, and cancel dates, deactivation reason as well as the Easalytics PT EFT Draft calculation and adjustment reasons.

Lead Conversion > Updated Lead Type

  • We updated the Lead Type for members in the Lead Conversion dashboard. Instead of showing “Member” for leads converted to members, the dashboard now shows the original lead type (e.g., walk-in, web, referral) for better visibility into lead sources.

New & Expanded Topline Widgets

We moved several widgets from the Goals product into Base Analytics, making them available to all clients:

  • Net PT EFT Draft (Yesterday, MTD)

  • PT Sales Funnel (Yesterday, MTD)

  • And, we've added New PT EFT Draft and New PT PIF Sales (MTD, YTD)
