Metric Definitions
Total Members BOM (Beginning of Month): Count of total members at the start of the month. This is included to help explain the Attrition % calculation.
Lost Members: Members whose status moves to inactive during the time period (typically cancellations or expirations).
Attrition %: Percent of members lost during the time period, calculated as Lost Members ÷ Total Members BOM.
Annual Dues Lost: Annualized Monthly Dues revenue associated with the members lost in the month.
Avg Dues Lost/Member: Annual Dues Lost ÷ Lost Members.
Monthly Dues Lost: Monthly Dues revenue associated with the members lost in the month.
Monthly Dues Lost / Member: Monthly Dues Lost ÷ Lost Members.
Annual Rev Lost: Annualized Total Revenue (dues/fees + discretionary) associated with the members lost in the month.
Avg Rev Lost/Member: Annual Rev Lost ÷ Lost Members.
Monthly Rev Lost: Monthly Total Revenue associated with the members lost in the month.
Monthly Rev Lost/Member: Monthly Rev Lost ÷ Lost Members.
